Who can enter?
You can enter if your brand meets both of the following conditions:
- Hold a valid Travel Sentry license for your brand. No licensing fee applies.
- Comply with our Brand Must-Haves — covering logo usage, customer notices, distributor information on your marketing support.
- Submit a product featuring a Travel Sentry® Approved lock or TSID from your brand.
What are the costs?
Entering the Travel Sentry Product Awards is free.

What happens if I win?
Winners receive a trophy and social media assets. The trophy will be given to you in person or shipped from the UK.

- Best TSID execution
- Best marketing campaign / activation
- Best sustainable product
Can I apply to multiple categories?
Yes, but you can only submit one product in each category.
What season of products can I enter for the 2026 Product Awards?
To ensure freshness, our guidelines state that product or marketing needs to date from no earlier than 1 st October 2024
How does the judging and voting work?
Nominated products will be shortlisted by the Travel Sentry team, before being promoted to over 50,000 social media followers for public voting. This ensures both expert evaluation and real consumer engagement.
What happens if I’m shortlisted?
Your Regional Manager will contact you.
Your product will then be promoted on Travel Sentry’s social media, where consumers can vote.
We also encourage you to promote your entry too — the more you mobilise your community, the better your chances of a win.

How do I get licensed?
If you’re not yet licensed, you can still enter the Product Awards by applying for a license either:
1. Via the product nomination form: Select “I am not licensed yet” and fill in the extra fields. Our licensing team will review your details and contact you.

When will I get my results?
After voting closes, the Travel Sentry team will review the results. Your Regional Manager will let you know if you’ve won.
I am already licensed, what compliance criteria must products meet?
To ensure our brand is used consistently, every product or marketing material must include the following Brand Must-Haves (requirements vary by format):
- Hangtags: Logo, customer notice, distributor information download
- Websites: Logo, customer notice, our official website URL download
- Other Marketing Materials (POS, ads, etc.): Correct logo usage download
- Always use the official logo files provided in our Brand Guidelines.
Important Information
- Usage Rights: Any videos or photos submitted may be used by Travel Sentry for promotion.
- Notifications: We’ll contact you via the email you provide if your product is shortlisted.
